Now we are going one step ahead and explaining each of the point mentioned in our previous Blog, (Click here to visit our last blog).

Knowledge of Excel Ribbons and User Interface.

Ribbon is the place where we find File, Home, Insert, Page layout, View.. tabs.

For Eg: I have clicked the Home Tab in Ribbon

Every single tab in the ribbon provides a very interactive user interface which is not only easy to use but also easy to understand for the users who are new to Excel.

Excel gives us the feature to organise the Ribbons as per the requirement of user, We can Add/Delete the tabs in the ribbon to meet out requirement and also minimise the Ribbon so that we have maximum cells area where we actually do all the calculations.

How to Minimise the Ribbon

Right click on the Ribbon Tab to enable editing ribbon box

This image shows Headings only

How to Add/Delete tabs in the Ribbon

Right click on Ribbon tab to Customise the Ribbon.

Click on New tab to add tab in Ribbon.

Add the tabs on the Right to Left.

We can also rename it to make more sense out of names.
